Spa Policies

ARRIVAL 

Please arrive for your spa appointment 10 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time. This allows you the time for a relaxed and unrushed experience.  Please use this time to visit  the restroom  before your service begins.

QUIET PLEASE

Please turn off cell phones upon entering the spa and speak softly while talking to staff and other quests.  The porch and lobby are also whisper zones so please keep this in mind while enjoying these areas, Thank you for making this a haven for all those coming to relax and enjoy a tranquil and stress-reducing experience.

 

CHILDREN

To maintain our serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to the spa. We do, however allow children to enjoy certain spa treatments under the following guidelines: children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and all children under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their initial consultation form.  

JEWELRY/VALUABLES

If possible, please leave your jewelry and valuables at home as you will not need it for your spa visit. However, if you do have such items, be mindful of not leaving them behind in treatment rooms or robe pockets. We do our best to check treatment rooms after each guest but cannot be responsible for lost items.

CANCELATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to me, it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget your appointment or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via email and 24 hours in advance via text as well because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the REGULAR PRICE of the reserved service amount. 
 
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the REGULAR PRICE of the reserved service amount.


-"PACKAGES"  If you book a service that was part of a package and then no show for that appointment your service WILL be deducted from your package. 

The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform standby guests of any availability, while keeping my scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. 

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, I may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service due to booking and scheduling constraints. Any client who arrives more than 15 minutes late WILL have to  reschedule their appointment and it will be considered a cancellation.  

Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time.

 

CONFIRMATION CALLS/TEXTS/EMAILS

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. Not receiving a confirmation call/text or email does not void the cancellation policy.
